It was a car that was ahead of it's time, but the rush to put it out lead to it's demise.
John Delorean was the man behind the Delorean, who was a legend in the car industry.
They brought out the first Deloreans in the early 80s, and even offered a red and gold version.
The Delorean company would go bankrupt by 1982 before its resurgence with being featured in Back to the Future
You can still buy brand new Deloreans today as the company is now based in Texas,
